Lovely Venetian sofa with scrolled arms, made in Italy circa 18th century. This luxurious, curvy sofa has wonderful bones, offered as an excellent candidate for upholstery restoration. The couch has traditional horsehair and coconut fiberfill at the back and arms, with a down cushion at the seat. This versatile piece has a removable back, so that it can convert to a chaise or bench. Hand-carved hardwood frame is well supported by six scroll-foot legs. Internal seat measurements: 51"w x 23.5"d
